SIA "Jelgavas nekustamā īpašuma pārvalde" is seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Emergency Services department. We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented employee with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can adapt and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform prompt and efficient repair work in residential buildings. Emergency response: urgent resolution of water supply, sewage, and heating system damage. Utility system maintenance: repair work on heating, water supply, and sewage systems in residential buildings. Structure repairs: fixing and repairing damage to windows, doors, locks, and other building elements. Other building maintenance and repair work. Candidate Requirements: Practical work experience in construction or repair work. Category B driver's license. State language proficiency (minimum B2 level). Ability to respond quickly and work in varying conditions (emergency situations). What We Offer: Salary from 8.00 EUR/h gross and social benefits. Work shifts according to a pre-arranged schedule.
