About HR Region Blekinge's organization is divided into six responsibility areas, one of which is HR. Here, Region Blekinge has consolidated its HR resources, payroll management, training, and regional health. About the Job As a Recruitment Coordinator focused on talent acquisition and employee experience, you'll work both operatively and strategically to develop Region Blekinge as an employer. You'll contribute to developing our recruitment work and our approaches for onboarding and employee experience. In this role, you'll have many touchpoints and the opportunity to work broadly with issues that are important for Region Blekinge's long-term talent acquisition. You'll be part of an environment where development, collaboration, and future competence needs are in focus. An important part of the role is to plan and implement activities that strengthen Region Blekinge's employer brand. This could include recruitment fairs, events, information meetings, study visits, and various activities with schools and educational institutions. You'll have extensive contact points and will collaborate with the HR function, managers, and operations within Region Blekinge, as well as with regional development, IT, educational institutions, schools, other regions and municipalities, authorities, and external suppliers. About You You have post-secondary education, such as a vocational college degree, university degree, or university courses in administration, HR, IT, pedagogy, or another area that the employer deems relevant. You have experience with coordination and/or administration in larger projects with many contact points. You're used to working in organizations with many different operations and professions and thrive with creating structure and momentum even when you need to hold multiple perspectives together simultaneously. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are familiar with digital work methods. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is meriting if you have: - experience from public sector operations - experience working in the IT system LUVIT - experience with digital production environments for education To Succeed in This Role We're looking for someone who is initiative-taking and enjoys turning ideas into concrete results. You find it easy to build good relationships and collaborate with people with different roles, experiences, and perspectives. You're communicative and pedagogical and can adapt your communication style to the situation and target audience. At the same time, you're structured and organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities in parallel.
