Do you have several years of recruitment experience and a desire to both collaborate with others and independently drive your own processes? About the Job As a Recruitment Partner, you will be a consultative support to our managers, assisting them throughout the entire recruitment process. The needs of the managers and operations are the starting point when you plan, lead, and execute recruitment assignments from start to finish. You independently plan your workday and drive processes both on your own and together with colleagues. In this role, you have many points of contact both internally and externally. We work competency-based and structured in an evidence-based recruitment process. You will be part of a newly formed unit for competency supply that is responsible for recruitment support across the entire agency and within different departments and operational areas. Each work group/team works cross-functionally in collaboration and supports each other while sharing experiences in daily work. As a Recruitment Partner with us, you will have all of Sweden as your work field, which means interviews are primarily conducted digitally via Teams, and travel in limited scope may occur in the role. You have flexible working hours and it is self-evident to us that you maintain balance between work and leisure. Your placement will be in either Sundbyberg, Göteborg, Malmö, or Östersund. The HR department currently employs just over 20 employees. You will report to the Head of the Competency Supply Unit. Your Qualifications: academic education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) primarily in HR or what the employer deems relevant for the position multi-year current experience working with recruitment for varying roles in complete processes, where recruitment has been your primary occupation current experience and knowledge of competency-based recruitment methodology current experience with recruitment at a government agency It is desirable that you have current experience with: recruitment for security-classified positions working with occupational psychological assessments management recruitment training initiatives for managers, employees, and colleagues About Us Kronofogden is a government agency with an important mission. Good to Know The employment is permanent and begins with a probationary period of six months. You will be hired as a Case Officer. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer. Working in the state means you follow the state value foundation. There are also special requirements for judgment, security mindfulness, and compliance with applicable laws. We will ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions will also be asked to references. We also collect information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business bans. Obtained information will be weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current employment. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with registry check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
