About the Position
As a reconditioning technician, you will perform cleaning, inspection, and surface treatment of vehicles. The work includes interior and exterior washing, degreasing, polishing, minor paint repairs, spot removal, and preparation for transport. You'll work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that products leave the workshop in proper condition and meet established quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles and equipment
Degreasing, polishing, and waxing
Identification and reporting of damage or defects
Minor paint and surface repairs as well as spot sanding
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a good work environment
Handling of simple administrative tasks
About You
Formal Qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience in vehicle reconditioning and care. Formal education is a plus, but relevant work experience is weighted more heavily. You should be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have a quality-conscious approach.
