About the Operations
The Rehabilitation Unit consists of five occupational therapists, seven physical therapists/physiotherapists, three social workers, two speech-language pathologists, two dietitians, and three rehabilitation assistants. The work team at our unit has a good atmosphere, and you will have several experienced colleagues who contribute expertise and serve as sounding boards and support in your daily work. Opportunities for further training are naturally also available. Physical therapy work includes work on care wards, day rehabilitation, and outpatient activities both individually and in groups. We also have a mobile team for stroke rehabilitation in the home.
We are now seeking a rehabilitation assistant for the rehabilitation unit. The position is a 6-month temporary assignment with a start date to be agreed upon.
Duties
Varying work between day rehabilitation and medical ward, with focus including stroke.
Work with the stroke home rehabilitation team may also be part of the duties on a periodic basis.
Team collaboration with physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, and social worker.
Qualifications
We are seeking you who
Have good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Have a Class B driver's license
It is an advantage if you
Have healthcare training
Have experience working in healthcare
Have good knowledge of English, spoken
