Horáčková Michaela, e-mail: [email protected] Manage organizational governance and compliance documentation and support contract lifecycle management processes across Deutsche Börse Group entities. Your Responsibilities: o Organizational Manuals Management: Coordinate updates to organizational manuals in accordance with national and EU regulations; perform formal document reviews; initiate annual update requests; manage author groups, department configurations, and document uploads; troubleshoot technical issues and handle restructuring. o Contract Lifecycle Management: Organize and conduct virtual user training for the Contract Lifecycle Management application; coordinate and document contract management working group meetings; provide first-level support for the application; manage change requests and maintain user documentation updates. o Governance and Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems; support audits and respond to inquiries from internal/external stakeholders. Your Profile: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. o 2-3 years of experience in governance and compliance, documentation management, or contract management. o Strong organizational and communication skills. o Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document management systems is a plus. o Fluency in English; German is a plus.
