Are you a confident and experienced registrar driven by professional development? We are looking for someone who wants to use your knowledge of records management and digitalization to create a correct, modern, and efficient case management system. Your Role and Responsibilities As a registrar at Statskontoret, you have a central role in our organization. You ensure that information and cases are handled with legal certainty while providing support and training to the organization in records management and case handling. The role is varied and developmental. You will, among other things: handle incoming emails, mail, and telephone inquiries register and quality assure information and cases in the records system support, inform, and guide case handlers on records management and case handling matters support other team members on the unit, particularly the archivist with tasks such as records disposal and archival cataloging participate in projects and improvement initiatives where registrar expertise is needed An important part of the role is contributing to the development of the registrar function, particularly regarding the ongoing work to improve our processes and working methods, for example through digitalization or automation. You are a driving force in the development of our case management system, Public 360. You work closely with your colleagues on the unit, case handlers in the organization, the IT department, and external suppliers. As a registrar at Statskontoret, you become part of the Legal Unit, which consists of lawyers, registrars, an archivist, and a procurement specialist. The unit has approximately nine employees and is led by the agency's chief legal counsel. Your Background and Competencies We are looking for someone with an interest in taking traditional administrative and records management into the forefront of digitalization. You need to have systems knowledge and a genuine interest in a system's design and the possibilities it offers. We also require that you have: a diploma in records management/document control, or other education and equivalent relevant work experience that the employer deems equivalent good knowledge of the principle of public access, records management, and case handling at least three years of professional experience as a registrar in public administration during the last five years good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is meritorious if you have: knowledge of administrative law, archival science, and information security experience with Public 360 experience managing information and records management systems experience with development and change management in information management Your Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with different people. You are confident in your role as a registrar and have good judgment. Your working style is characterized by being structured and thorough. You are analytical and development-oriented. You thrive on creating conditions for others to do a good job! We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. About the Employment The position is a permanent, full-time employment. We apply a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The position is classified in a security class, which means Swedish citizenship is required for this position. A security vetting according to the security protection act and a registry check will be conducted before an employment decision is made.
