About the Assignment
Bemannia is now seeking a records administrator for a consulting assignment with our client in Uppsala, starting immediately for approximately 6 months. The position is a full-time role (100%).
Your Responsibilities
The main tasks include daily mail opening, filing, registration, and expiration management.
The responsibilities also include:
Monitoring of official email inbox.
File closure and archiving of registered documents and cases.
Communication with employees and the public regarding the authority's documents and cases in accordance with the principle of public access.
Retrieving information on ongoing and concluded cases.
Generating statistics on ongoing and concluded cases.
Your Qualifications
Diploma as a records administrator, records administrator education at university level, or equivalent education. Alternatively, upper secondary school or equivalent education plus one (1) year of work experience.
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Knowledge of document and case management systems, such as Public360, W3D3, Platina, and others.
Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public administration and records administrator activities and responsibilities.
