About the Role
As a Records Manager with us, you assist with confidentiality assessments and disclosure of public documents according to applicable legislation and internal guidelines. You are important support for the organization and work closely with operations on matters concerning archives and information management.
To thrive in the role, we would appreciate it if you are flexible, as other tasks also occur such as staffing the reception and other administrative work.
Your Workplace
You will be part of the Finance and Procurement department and work in the Administrative Support unit. The unit consists of four employees and is responsible for information management, records, archives, management support, and reception.
The role is central to the company and you work closely with the information controller, who is also the unit's coordinator. Here you will both work independently and be part of a team where knowledge sharing and support are a natural part of daily operations.
Your Main Responsibilities
Register and archive incoming and created documents (both physical and digital)
Maintain and structure archival material through organization and cataloging
Assist with confidentiality assessments and disclosure of public documents
Support and guide colleagues in information management matters
Provide coverage at reception on Rantorget
About You
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Diploma in Records Management or records management education at university level
Knowledge of process-oriented records management
Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Meritorious:
At least two years of experience as a Records Manager
Experience with general archive schemas
Experience with case and document management systems, for example Ciceron

You have a good understanding of how archival material is valued and handled, and you feel confident in the regulations that govern public information management.

We are a drug-free workplace, therefore drug testing is always applied in connection with new employment. A negative result is required for employment.
Our suggested salary range for the position is 34,000 to 38,000 kr.
Final salary depends on how well the established requirements for the position are met.
A six-month probationary employment is applied.
