Regionteatern Seeks Marketing Coordinator
Regionteatern Blekinge Kronoberg is seeking a marketing coordinator for the period 9/11 2026 – 20/5 2027.
The marketing coordinator is an important and active service function at Regionteatern with many varied work tasks. The position requires both focus and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role also serves as a connector and link between the theater's different departments, particularly in the areas of sales and marketing.
In addition to coordinating and driving marketing activities, the position includes responsibility for the theater's ticket system and ticket office from both an operational and strategic perspective.
The role is also responsible for several independent projects and processes and must follow up, measure, and report on executed marketing activities. The position also includes planning and conducting audience and customer surveys, as well as managing the address register.
Furthermore, the marketing coordinator is responsible for the theater's ushering team. The work includes planning, coordination, staffing, team leadership, and development of the ushering group.
The position also includes organizing study visits, representation assignments, contact with the theater's restaurant, purchasing for the theater's Scene Arts Bar, and assisting with keeping Regionteatern's digital channels updated.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
· Relevant post-secondary education/university education in marketing or equivalent.
· Education and/or experience in cultural administration and digital marketing.
· Education and/or experience in web communication and publishing in digital channels.
· Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. As well as basic knowledge of Adobe Suite programs for image editing (merits but not required).
· Experience using tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Tixly, Google Adwords, and Analytics (merits but not required).
· Knowledge of CMS, EPiServer, WordPress, or similar web platforms (merits but not required).
· Many years of experience leading personnel groups.
· You must also be fluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
· Valid driver's license (category B).
Before employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record must be presented as parts of the work involve cooperation with children and young people.
To succeed in the position, you should be:
· Outgoing, communicative, and responsive with the ability to create and develop good relationships with different professional categories.
· A good team leader who can direct, inspire, and motivate.
· Thorough, planning-oriented, and structured.
· You should also have the ability to take initiative and proactively provide development suggestions within the assignment.

The position is a full-time temporary contract.
Start date: November 9, 2026, through May 20, 2027, or by agreement.
The primary place of work is Regionteatern's premises in Växjö and work is carried out during both day and evening hours.
