Ensuring enforcement of monetary performance obligations. Performing activities in the field of arrears collection. Collection of arrears on customs duties, taxes, fees and other revenues. Participation in arrears collection within the framework of international cooperation. Filing arrears in insolvency proceedings. Preparation and implementation of enforcement orders within tax enforcement. Cooperation activities in the context of asset search activities for the purpose of identifying attachable assets in arrears collection. Utilization of security measures. Preparation of documentation for write-offs of arrears due to uncollectibility and for termination of arrears. Cooperation with state administration bodies - administrators. Requirements: Higher education in a bachelor's degree program or higher vocational education. Knowledge of laws: No. 280/2009 Sb., Tax Code, No. 99/1993 Sb., Civil Procedure Code, No. 182/2006 Sb., Insolvency Law. Computer skills – MS Office, Outlook, Internet. Communication skills, time flexibility, stress and workload resilience, diligence, attention to detail, independence, loyalty to the organization.
