Specialist/Officer, Property Management Department - Homeowners Association Management. Fixed-term position, temporary replacement for maternity leave.
Prerequisites for application submission:
Natural person who is a citizen of the Czech Republic, or alternatively a natural person who is a foreign national with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, has reached the age of 18, is legally capable, has a clean criminal record, and speaks the working language
Completed higher vocational education or secondary education with a diploma in economics, administration, or technical field preferred.

Familiarity with legislation:
- Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities, as amended
- Act No. 67/2013 Coll., on services connected with the use of apartments and non-residential premises in a building with apartments, as amended
- Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended
Familiarity with issues of residential property management, rental relationships, residential property operations and homeowners associations, knowledge of basic principles of cost allocation for services connected with the use of apartments and non-residential premises
Ability to independently process data, verify and evaluate it
Ability to quickly orient in new subject matter
Independence, reliability, diligence, attention to detail
Sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle stressful situations, stress resistance, time flexibility
Excellent knowledge of PC work (MS Office, especially Excel), ability to work with economic and property management information systems
Class B driver's license with active driving experience

Management of agenda within the independent competence of the City of Mohelnice, in particular processing cost allocation for services connected with the use of apartments and non-residential premises, verification of documentation for service billing, processing annual service statements and recording overpayments and arrears, handling complaints and objections to service billing, recording received payments, recording costs for apartments, apartment buildings and non-residential premises and communication with owners and users of apartments and non-residential premises.
