Position Description:
Performance of tasks arising from Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities (Municipal Regulation), encroachments on public spaces and their use, real burdens, cemetery matters, self-governing activities, and partially delegated authority in case of substitution (transportation, communications).
Salary Terms:
9th/10th salary class in accordance with Government Decree No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, Government Decree No. 264/2022 Coll., amending certain government decrees in the field of employee compensation in public services and administration, and in accordance with Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended.
Expected Start Date:
November 1, 2026, or as agreed.
Employment Agreement:
Indefinite duration with a four-month probationary period
Qualification Requirements:
Higher professional education or secondary education with graduation examination (for 9th salary class) / University education in a bachelor's degree program or higher professional education (for 10th salary class)
Requirements for Employment:
- Fulfillment of prerequisites according to § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on Officials of Territorial Self-Governing Units and Amendment to Certain Acts, as amended.
Requirements Set by the City of Česká Kamenice
Basic orientation in the following activities is expected:
- Experience with management of municipal property affairs is an advantage,
- Knowledge of municipal office operations, particularly Act No. 128/2000 Coll., is an advantage,
- Basic awareness of the Road Act, water authority matters is an advantage,
- Basic awareness of land matters is an advantage,
- Analytical and logical thinking,
- Accuracy, responsibility, independence, objectivity,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Class B driver's license.
