- Start immediately Job Responsibilities: - Physical receipt of materials/goods at the enamel factory warehouse, verification of delivery accuracy, labeling, and storage. - Processing incoming orders, entry into the HELIOS system (including generation of shipping orders). - Customer communication regarding orders. - Preparation of delivery notes and invoices. - Communication and coordination of activities with external freight carriers. - Execution and documentation of regular warehouse inventory counts.
