Qualification Requirements:
Pursuant to § 110 section 4 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended:
• higher professional education obtained by completing an accredited educational program in fields of education focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, socio-legal activities, charity and social activities,
• university education obtained through bachelor's, master's, or doctoral study programs focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law, or special education, accredited pursuant to special legal regulations,
• alternatively, at least bachelor's level university education in programs focused on state and local government economics, social services economics, or other fields focused on social or economic areas.
Applicant Requirements:
• knowledge of the activities of territorial self-governing units,
• knowledge of applicable legal regulations related to social work, social services, social security, social services financing, grant programs of territorial self-governing units; all in current versions.
