Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Requirements Analyst – ERP Procurement at Region Stockholm
Region Stockholm is procuring and implementing a new supply chain system (ERP) for ordering, purchasing, inventory, and healthcare product supply. The background is new national requirements for healthcare product storage. We are submitting a bid with a team of three consultants who will manage the work from needs assessment and RFI through requirements definition, evaluation, contracting, and implementation preparation. The work is conducted in parallel with a separate procurement of a warehouse management system (WMS).

What the Team Will Do
Map needs, capabilities, and processes and harmonize them
Develop solution architecture, integrations, target state, and migration strategy with focus on master data and product information
Conduct RFI, develop procurement strategy, and define requirements
Evaluate bids, award contracts, and sign agreements together with the region's procurement team
Prepare for implementation, and if option is exercised, conduct implementation and rollout
Requirements for All Roles
University degree in IT, engineering, systems science, industrial economics, or other degree relevant to the role
Two reference assignments that took place sometime after September 21, 2021, with at least one involving procurement and implementation of an ERP or equivalent mission-critical platform in a larger, complex organization. The assignments must have been completed according to contract.
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience collaborating with both technical and business-focused teams, structured work approach with focus on quality assurance and risk management
Able to manage multiple assignments or tasks in parallel
No ongoing assignments or agreements with ERP or WMS vendors
Project Manager
Minimum 10 years of current, documented experience leading smaller and larger IT projects through the entire project lifecycle
Minimum 5 years of experience leading change, process, and business development in large, complex organizations with many stakeholders
Experience with established project methodology, for example Projektil
Experience with procurement and requirements definition of IT systems
Good technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
At least one reference assignment in public sector and at least one in an organization with many stakeholders and complex structure
Solution Architect
Minimum 10 years of experience as a solution, domain, or enterprise architect
Extensive experience with architecture work in implementation or procurement of ERP or other mission-critical platforms
Experience with integration architecture and data migration during mission-critical platform transitions
Experience with complex operations where processes, information, and IT are developed together, as well as with supply chain systems and related processes
Good understanding of architecture principles, processes, standards, methods, and frameworks
Requirements Analyst
Minimum 10 years of experience with requirements work on ERP or other large, mission-critical platforms that support supply chain processes
Meritorious
You have worked in one or two of the other roles in a previous assignment with similar deliverables. Feel free to apply as a pair or trio.
Experience from healthcare or logistics
