We are now looking for an experienced accounting specialist to join our office in Sala. You have worked independently with financial statements and tax returns for several years and feel confident meeting with clients. With us, you will apply your expertise, continue to develop within consulting, and become part of a team that enjoys sharing knowledge and helping one another.
Our beautiful and modern office is located in Foajé Business Club, where we have access to excellent facilities including a gym.
About the role:
The focus of this position is on financial statements, tax returns, and consulting. You have your own client responsibility and work independently on your assignments while collaborating with colleagues who bring different areas of expertise.
Our clients are primarily owner-managed companies. As an accounting specialist with us, you will become an important partner to your clients. It is not just about getting the accounting right, but also about understanding the client's business, identifying opportunities, and providing advice that helps entrepreneurs move forward. This role suits you if you enjoy the combination of qualified accounting work, client interaction, and consulting—and if you want to continue developing alongside both clients and colleagues.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience working independently as an accounting specialist. You have solid experience with financial statements and tax returns, particularly for limited companies, and very good knowledge of financial reporting. You take responsibility for your assignments and are accustomed to planning and driving your work forward on your own. You work in a structured and thorough manner and have the judgment to know when you can solve a question yourself and when it is better to consult with someone else.
You enjoy working with people and find it easy to build trust with clients. At the same time, you are unpretentious in collaboration with colleagues. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and remain curious about learning new things—even after several years in the profession.
Experience from an accounting firm is particularly valuable to us. It is also a merit if you have practical experience with board work, group accounting, and K3 accounting.
We primarily work with Fortnox and Capego. You do not need to know everything on day one, but we want you to be curious about digital working methods and how modern technical tools, including AI, can be used to work smarter and with high quality.
You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as a large part of the work involves consulting and dialogue with clients. A valid driver's license is required as the position involves travel to clients, our other offices, and partners.
