At Hedermann Gruppen AB, we perform construction work focusing on contract work and services for private individuals. We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility for our finance function. As the accounting manager, you will have overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, and financial management. You will work closely with management and be a key person in ensuring quality, efficiency, and development of the company's financial processes. Responsibilities • Responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, VAT declarations, and annual financial statements. • Budgeting • Payroll administration and taxes • Financial analysis and reporting to management and the board • Development of procedures, processes, and system support Qualifications • Relevant academic education in accounting/finance or equivalent experience • 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management • We particularly welcome experience from the construction sector. • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial systems, specifically Fortnox, and Excel. • Detail-oriented, organized, action-oriented, and self-directed • Strong communicator with the ability to translate figures into decision-making materials We Offer • An independent role with significant responsibility • A pleasant work environment in an experienced team Application Process Interviews and selection will take place on an ongoing basis, so please send your application as soon as possible.
