Requirements for the position:
• Professional qualification for direct pedagogical activities pursuant to § 3 subsection 1 letter b) of Act No. 563/2004 Coll., on pedagogical workers and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter "Act on pedagogical workers") – to be documented by a certified copy of the education credential,
• Full legal capacity (or capacity to perform legal acts) pursuant to § 3 subsection 1 letter a) of the Act on pedagogical workers,
• Clean criminal record pursuant to § 3 subsection 1 letter c) of the Act on pedagogical workers – applicant shall provide a criminal record registry extract no older than 3 months,
• Knowledge of Czech language pursuant to § 3 subsection 1 letter e) of the Act on pedagogical workers, if the applicant obtained the relevant professional qualification for direct pedagogical activities in a teaching language other than Czech – compliance with this requirement shall be demonstrated by a certificate of examination in accordance with § 4 of the Act on pedagogical workers,
• Work experience of 4 years consisting of direct pedagogical activities or activities requiring knowledge of the same or similar orientation, or in management activities or in research and development activities in accordance with § 5 subsection 1 of the Act on pedagogical workers.
Requirements for the performance of director duties:
• Knowledge of school legislation and school-related matters,
• Knowledge of the Labor Code and related labor law regulations,
• Basic economic knowledge (primarily financing of a contributory organization),
• Computer literacy,
• Leadership and organizational skills.

• Verifiable documentation of overall employment history relevant to the director position, in accordance with § 5 of Act No. 563/2004 Coll. confirmed by the last employer. (If the applicant does not provide confirmation of the required length of practice pursuant to § 5 subsection 1 of Act No. 563/2004 Coll. by the last employer, the applicant shall provide the required practice confirmed by the employer where the practice was performed or by an officially certified employment contract.),
• Medical certificate of health fitness for the director management position (not older than 3 months),
• School development strategy with personal signature (max. 4 pages of A4 format),
• Consent to personal data processing and request for return of submitted documents,

Expected start date for the management position: 01. 08. 2027.
