- Qualified as a preschool educator per Act 563/2004 Coll. - Minimum 3 years of preschool experience - Experience in managing an educational facility - Conceptual thinking - ICT skills - Economic awareness (accounting and financial matters are delegated to the preschool manager) - Knowledge of English - Good knowledge of education legislation or ability to learn it quickly (Administrative Code 500/2004 Coll., Education Act 561/2004 Coll., Decree on Preschool Education 14/2005 Coll., and related legislation) - Project-oriented thinking and proactivity in identifying new opportunities - Ability to supervise practical training for secondary school students and participate in planning tasks related to theoretical instruction - Knowledge of new trends in preschool pedagogy, commitment to identifying and implementing improvements - Clean criminal record, health fitness, team player and leader with project management capabilities, can-do attitude - Start date by agreement Contact by EMAIL ONLY.
