Specialist responsible for strategic management, design, and implementation of automated systems. The main goal is to increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure technological development of the company. Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and developing a team of engineers, PLC programmers, project managers, and technicians. Education: University degree in technical field (automation, robotics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering) Experience with project and people management in the technology sector, strategic thinking. Independence and excellent communication and negotiation skills. We require knowledge of English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages. Employer consent to employee card required.
