In connection with the company's further development, we are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Project Director, who will take responsibility for managing all implementation activities of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall management of the company's implementation department.
- Leadership of project managers, site managers, lead project engineers, and implementation teams.
- Responsibility for project execution from contract signature to customer handover.
- Planning of manufacturing, assembly, and implementation capacities.
- Management of schedules, costs, quality, and technical execution of projects.
- Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations toward customers and subcontractors.
- Active resolution of technical, commercial, and organizational issues during implementation.
- Collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance departments.
- Optimization of internal processes and increased efficiency in project management.
- Responsibility for economic results of assigned projects.
- Regular reporting to company management.
Requirements
- University or secondary education in a technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical or investment projects.
- Experience leading larger implementation teams.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering or technological projects.
- Knowledge of contractual relationships, project management, and project economics.
- Capability for both strategic and operational management.
- Natural authority, independence, and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Group B driver's license.
- Active knowledge of English language (advantageous).
