Education
Completed higher education in a master's degree program:
-
focused on social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, special education, or
-
in the economic, technical, legal, or healthcare field.
Experience
•
minimum 3 years of experience in a management position,
•
experience in the field of social services is an advantage.
Additional Requirements and Qualifications
•
knowledge of current legislation concerning social services, financial management of public benefit organizations, and personnel matters,
•
knowledge of organization management issues,
•
knowledge of public administration,
•
organizational and communication skills,
•
strategic and analytical thinking, ability for conceptual work and problem-solving,
•
civic and moral integrity (clean criminal record)
Salary
Salary grade 12 in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended; possibility of awarding a personal allowance and a management allowance in accordance with Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended.
Required Documents
a)
signed application for the competition (include contact address, mobile phone, and e-mail),
b)
certified copies of documents confirming highest level of education achieved,
c)
structured curriculum vitae focused on professional experience and experience in management positions, including a basic description of performed activities,
d)
original extract from the Criminal Register (not older than three months),
e)
signed statement of full legal capacity as per § 15 and § 30 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as currently in effect (i.e., that legal capacity has not been restricted by a court decision).
f)
written Development Concept for Domov Březiny, public benefit organization, based on the current state of the organization and focused on opportunities for its development, maximum 4 standard pages.
