The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, candidate evaluation, and collaboration with hiring managers. This position supports Lipperton Company s.r.o's Czech-Philippines (international) recruitment operations and ensures compliance with Czech and Philippines labor regulations. Job Responsibilities Searching for and approaching candidates, conducting recruitment processes, communicating with clients and applicants, preparing materials for employment contracts, managing recruitment documentation, and supporting international recruitment. Requirements Experience in recruitment, excellent English, fluency in Filipino, knowledge of HR processes, strong communication skills, and proficiency with online tools.
