As Bar Reception Manager at Comfort Hotel Västerås you lead a team of 10 people – who work shifts around the clock, all year round. Our bar reception never closes. Your to-do list as Comfort Bar Reception Manager: Welcome guests with a friendly and genuine attitude, and set the tone for an amazing stay. Handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings and requests, as well as sales from deli and bar reception, so that the guest experience is smooth and seamless. Help guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, and create a connection beyond the ordinary. Make sure there's good energy in the Bar Reception and work closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort's relaxed, urban vibe. You are a people person. Guests and employees come first. We'll solve the rest along the way. Working hours vary and include weekends, holidays and evenings. Keep an eye on the numbers, manage budgets and a balanced scorecard to ensure the department runs profitably and sustainably. Integrate sustainability into everything we do, and help us be a responsible player. As a leader at Comfort Hotel you need to speak both Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
