About the Role
As an Assignment Consultant, you work as needed at our client companies, primarily in reception at offices, coworking spaces, conferences, and hospitality settings. This is a part-time position with hourly pay, which means work shifts vary based on our clients' needs and suits you if you're studying or have another main occupation.
You are often the first person guests, visitors, and colleagues meet, making you an important part of the overall impression.
You become a valued resource in several different teams and work environments, where you quickly adapt to new routines and create structure in daily operations.
A typical workday might consist of staffing reception, preparing and maintaining meeting and conference rooms, handling bookings, answering calls and receiving deliveries, or supporting administrative tasks. The pace varies from day to day, but regardless of workplace, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
Before each assignment, you receive thorough introduction and on-site training. Our internal team of staffing coordinators and consultant managers is always available if you need support or guidance.

Have experience from reception, conferences, hospitality, or similar
Are reliable, self-directed, and good at structuring your day
Enjoy meeting people and have a warm, professional demeanor
Are flexible, both in work approach and availability
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job
But most of all, you enjoy stepping in where needed, understanding new contexts, and delivering service that leaves guests and customers with a smile and a positive experience.
