You'll also be part of our substitute pool with great opportunities to work at multiple locations in Stockholm as we collaborate with various driving schools. You'll need to be flexible to take shifts on short notice. The more initiative you show, the more shifts you'll be able to get as demand is high. Västerort Trafikskola is centrally located in Vällingby, just a stone's throw from the city center. We're now looking to add another part-time receptionist to our team. We're looking for a cheerful, service-oriented person who can juggle multiple tasks at once and know what should be prioritized. Students should be our focus, and they should always leave satisfied in the end—that's our goal. You need to be able to handle stress while remaining friendly and delivering high-quality work. You must be loyal and thorough in your work. Your responsibilities will include typical receptionist tasks: answering phones and emails, booking and canceling students for driving lessons, booking Riskettan and Risktvåan, coordinating various activities, etc. Welcoming new students at the office, registering them, and guiding them to ensure they get the help they need. Some light cleaning tasks may be included. IMPORTANT NOTE! We're only looking for students who are studying distance learning and preferably studying for at least 1 year, ideally 2-3 years. We value the right personality and qualities more than previous experience in the field. We'll train you internally and make sure you're ready for your role.
