Full-Time Receptionist and Customer Service Representative

Optimal Trappstädning is looking for a friendly and service-oriented receptionist and customer service representative for our office at Fridhemsplan. The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The tasks are easy to learn and you will receive clear on-the-job training. Your responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers and staff Respond to incoming emails Receive and forward customer inquiries Schedule and book jobs Contact customers and cleaning staff regarding changes Receive visitors at the office as needed Follow up on resolved matters Perform simple administrative tasks We are looking for someone who Is friendly, helpful, and professional Speaks and writes very good Swedish Is comfortable talking on the phone Is organized and keeps your tasks in order Has basic computer skills Takes responsibility and follows up on what you start Is quick to learn and wants to develop Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, hotel, restaurant, or other service roles is a merit, but not required. The most important thing is that you are reliable, positive, and enjoy helping people.
