Do you want to work in a professional and welcoming environment where service is at the center? Here you'll have the chance to develop and build valuable contacts through a prestigious part-time position.
About the Position
As a receptionist at PwC's office in central Malmö, you'll have a varied role where you're responsible for creating a professional and positive experience for both employees and visitors. You'll work with service, administration, and coordination, while contributing to smooth daily operations.
This position is a consulting assignment and part-time work as needed, suited for those studying at least 50% and preferably with a couple of years of studies remaining. We're looking for someone with good flexibility who can step in with short notice beyond your pre-booked work days, for example during vacations, sick leave, or increased workload. The team belongs to the South region, which means that if needed, you can also support colleagues at other offices. You'll become part of an engaged and unpretentious team that supports each other under the leadership of a responsible Facility Manager.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Provide service to employees, customers, and visitors via in-person meetings, phone, and email
• Manage reception, conference, and meeting rooms
• Perform administrative tasks such as bookings, orders, mail handling, and simple invoice management
• Manage common areas, kitchens, and catering for meetings and activities
• Provide administrative and practical support for events and internal arrangements
The assignment starts in fall 2026 and work is ongoing as needed. Working hours are mainly scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with the possibility of both half- and full days, and evening work also occurs in certain periods. Your own flexibility determines how much you'll work, and initially we'd like you to be available approximately 2 days per week.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and maintains a high level of service. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and easily adapt when the pace varies.
You're organized and thorough, while also comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel. Previous experience in service-oriented roles is required, and experience with administrative tasks is a plus. You're expected to be comfortable with computers and have an easy time learning new systems.
Important for the Position:
• You're service-oriented and professional in your interactions
• You enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently without limitation
• You have flexible availability and can work as needed
• You're studying or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
We place great importance on personal suitability.
