As part of our receptionist/hotel administration team, you will be the heart of the guest experience — by ensuring that every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out and by creating a hotel environment that feels both personal and first-class. Your Responsibilities:
Daily receptionist duties, ensuring that every customer experience runs smoothly, from reservations and payments to handling guest requests
Embody Clarion's customer promise of style, quality, and energy in every guest interaction, delivering consistently high-quality, personalized customer service
Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to create a seamless, high-quality guest experience
This is an as-needed position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role involves varied shift work, including evenings and weekends.
