Start date: 12.8.2026 Job Responsibilities • Guest reception and check-in/check-out, guest registration management • Receiving, recording, and confirming reservations by phone, email, and reservation system • Providing guests with information about hotel services, the local area, and leisure activities • Handling guest requests and feedback, resolving routine operational situations • Cash handling and payment terminal operation, issuing accounting documents, daily cash register reconciliation • Maintaining required records (guest book, foreign national documentation, stay fees) • Communication and information sharing between accommodation, food service, and housekeeping departments • Compliance with guest personal data protection regulations Candidate Requirements • Secondary education; background in hospitality, tourism, or gastronomy preferred • Fluent communicative English skills, both spoken and written • Basic computer skills (office applications, reservation system—training provided) • Pleasant and professional demeanor, strong communication skills • Reliability, independence, and responsibility in handling cash • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays • Criminal record clearance Employee Benefits • Free meals during work shifts • Work uniform provided • Shifts scheduled in advance with possibility for individual arrangement • Training on reservation system and hotel procedures • Stable environment of an established hotel operation with opportunities for professional development
