Job Responsibilities: - ensuring smooth reception operations including guest arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out) - communicating with guests in person, by phone, and by email - providing information about hotel services and the surrounding area - working with the reservation system and managing reservations - handling administrative tasks related to reception operations What We Expect from You: - pleasant and professional demeanor - reliability, attention to detail, independence, and flexibility - knowledge of a foreign language (English, additional language an advantage) - user-level proficiency with PC - experience in a similar position an advantage, not a requirement
