JOB PURPOSE
Ensuring smooth operation of the clinic reception, client communication
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• supporting reception at ALPHALABS in Prague,
• managing schedule and creating client records in Xdent software;
• communicating with clients, handling phone calls, emails and chat – ticketing, confirming appointment times and providing general information;
• administration – verifying payment of treatment invoices, records and reporting;
• working with PC programs: Xdent, Helios, IDS, scanner, Giriton, Freshworks, MS365.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
• experience in customer service or call center;
• good communication and speaking skills in Czech at a professional and representative level;
• communicative English language knowledge at level B1+/B2;
• good written expression and grammar, text orientation and logical thinking;
• pleasant demeanor, organizational skills, ability to multitask;
• stress resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• teamwork and reliability.
