Reception / Administrative Assistant at Hotel – DPP, DPČ (m/f)

We are looking for a reliable employee for long-term support at the reception of a self-service hotel in Ostrava-Přívoz. This job is suitable for students, active retirees, and others seeking regular additional income. Job duties: - personal check-in and accommodation of guests - distribution of keys, key cards, and access codes - communication with guests in person, by phone, and by email - verification of data and documents required for accommodation - work with the reservation system - general administration and resolution of operational situations We require: - reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance - independence and responsible approach - pleasant but decisive demeanor - basic computer and email skills - criminal record clearance - basic knowledge of English (an advantage) - experience with reception or administration (an advantage, not a requirement) We offer: - shifts on individual days from Monday to Saturday, typically from 15:00 to 18:00 - shift scheduling planned in advance by agreement - salary 150 Kč/hour gross + statutory allowances - work on DPP or DPČ basis depending on shift volume - training and long-term cooperation - start immediately or by agreement HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates should send an email to [email protected] and include: - full name - contact phone number - brief CV or previous work experience - days on which you can regularly work shifts We do not accept phone applications.
