Qualifications - minimum secondary education with diploma (experience with administrative tasks is an advantage) Requirements - computer work skills (Word, Excel) - independence, as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team - pleasant demeanor - reliability, attention to detail, and responsible approach to work - criminal record clearance - verified by criminal records registry certificate Job Responsibilities - operates the organization's telephone switchboard, transfers calls - monitors arrivals and departures of persons at the facility (visitors, employees), ensures entries in the visitor log - provides basic information about client accommodations when needed - communicates information during shift handovers - monitors the camera system - operates EPS We Offer: - competitive salary, full-time position 25,2400 Kč (according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.) + personal bonuses, incentives, allowances - 5 weeks of vacation - company benefits: - workplace meals - regular contribution to pension insurance - employee massages - responsible work with a trustworthy employer - friendly and collegial atmosphere Work in 24-hour continuous operation (day and night shifts).
