Work location: Hotel Monty Příkrá 218/4 Mariánské Lázně. Permanent position with probationary period, in a hotel with year-round operations. Work schedule: Shifts from 7:00-19:00 according to schedule. Job duties: - ensure services related to guest arrival - accommodate guests according to accepted reservations - maintain records of accommodated guests - process and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction - process cash operations and their documentation - active and independent sales of hotel facilities - handle correspondence and administrative matters related to reception Requirements: - minimum secondary technical education with a trade certificate - reliability, ability to work independently - good communication skills - knowledge of PC operation - required English language proficiency We offer: - pleasant atmosphere in the center of Mariánské Lázně - monthly bonuses in addition to base salary - employee meals with employer contribution - contribution to life or pension insurance - opportunity for further training - language courses Contact by email or phone Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00
