We are looking for a real estate broker/specialist to manage and develop our property portfolio comprehensively. Your main priority will be ensuring full occupancy of our existing properties and actively seeking new properties for further acquisitions. You will independently manage the entire sales process - from marketing presentation and client outreach to negotiating terms and finalizing contracts. We expect strong sales skills, a high degree of independence, excellent negotiation abilities, and a valid Group B driver's license.
