We are looking for a real estate agent for Černá & partneři reality Are you drawn to the real estate world but worried about uncertainty and no income in the first few months? Or do you already have experience but are looking for an office that offers fair conditions, modern facilities, and top-notch expertise? At Černá & partneři, we are expanding our established team in Teplice with 5-6 new members. We are not looking for employees counting down the clock. We are looking for future professionals and independent business entrepreneurs. Because we know that the beginning can be challenging, we have created a system that will support you during your first six months and then allow you to reach maximum earnings. What does career growth look like with us? We have clear rules: PHASE 1: Incubator and Safety Net (Months 1-6) We give you time and peace to get up to speed. During this period, we will teach you everything, show you our processes, and help you build your own client database. PHASE 2: Full-fledged Partner (from Month 7) Once you stand on your own two feet and prove your abilities, limits disappear. Base salary + % from deals according to company terms You are your own boss and your financial ceiling does not exist. What about real estate certification (professional exam)? By law, you need certification to work as an agent. We approach this fairly and transparently: You pay for the preparatory course yourself - it is your personal investment in your own education. We can finance the certification exam itself. You can simply repay the exam costs to us by deducting them from your first paid commission on a successfully completed transaction. What do we expect from you? - Driver's license (Class B) - Responsibility, initiative, and willingness to pick up the phone. - Ability to follow through on tasks and professional demeanor. - Willingness to work hard - we do not want people satisfied with the security of a minimum wage; we are looking for those who want to earn multiples of the average salary within a few months.
