During that time, we have built a reputation based on business ethics, responsibility, and regional expertise. We are looking for 2–3 new colleagues for the South Bohemia Region. What We're Looking For: - An independent and communicative person with strong sales skills - Someone who wants to develop their potential under an established brand - Real estate experience is an advantage, not a requirement — we can quickly turn a beginner into a professional. What We Offer: - Monthly income of 60,000 – 90,000 Kč on average (depending on bonuses and commissions from completed transactions). Experienced salespeople with us earn significantly more. - Advance payments — before transactions are completed. We are probably the only real estate company in the region that does this. If our partnership has a good foundation, we support your success. - No hidden costs. Unlike other companies, our agents do not contribute to assistant services, office, or advertising.
