Main responsibilities: Active development of new cosmetic formulations and optimization of their functionality and stability Ensuring regulatory compliance of products according to EU Regulation No. 1223/2009 and related regulations Communication with raw material suppliers and seeking innovations for new and existing products Collaboration on preparation of documentation (PIF) and production specifications Close cooperation with the R&D Manager on strategy and direction of product portfolio Required skills: Experience in cosmetics or chemical products development Knowledge of legislation (Regulation No. 1223/2009) Fluent English – required for work with raw materials and documentation Independence, attention to detail, analytical thinking We offer: 5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, meal allowance and pension/life insurance contributions, language courses, stable company background with many years of market presence, product discounts
