Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a banquet chef who enjoys diverse cuisine, working with quality ingredients, and can prepare food not only deliciously but also with an impressive presentation on the banquet table. Your responsibilities will include preparing banquets, garnishing dishes, arranging and serving food.
Apply if you:
- Have formal training in the field and practical experience. Experience with hotel banquet preparation is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Are not intimidated by working in a large, modern kitchen.
- Are independent, careful, reliable, flexible, and have a responsible approach with a sense of order and cleanliness.
- Communicate in English, German (or French).
- Are willing to work in a hotel environment and according to shift schedules.
We are happy to offer you:

- Full-time employment with an indefinite contract,
- Work with irregularly distributed working hours (work on weekends and holidays),
- Starting gross basic salary of 29 400 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory supplements. After the training period, you will receive personal compensation of up to 3 500 Kč per month. We also pay extraordinary bonuses and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the training period you will earn up to around 39 500 Kč net. Every year we increase salaries in accordance with the collective agreement,
- After the probation period, you are entitled to additional benefits: retirement savings contribution (currently 500 to 1 000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per dish, accommodation option and access to spa treatments at discounted employee prices in the hotel limited to 12 000 Kč per year, free entry to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10 000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee prices (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational program (foreign languages, qualification advancement, knowledge expansion, work support), discounted access to selected cultural, social and sports events; possibility of parking in hotel garages at discounted rates,
- Start date possible immediately or by agreement.
