Contact: Špačková Gabriela, tel.: 359 002 450, e-mail: [email protected] Job Duties: - Preparation of cold kitchen dishes and production of technologically demanding cold kitchen specialties - Preparation of dietary meals - Breakfast preparation and service (cold buffet) - Buffet and banquet arrangements, food service - Continuous restocking and maintenance of breakfast buffet during operation - Quality and freshness control of dishes - Pre-preparation of ingredients for subsequent shifts (mise en place) - Collaboration on lunch menu What We Offer: Modern work environment in a developing hotel. Indefinite-term employment contract. Start date by agreement. Morning shifts only from 6:00 - 14:30h or 7:00 - 15:30h. Compensation depends on your experience and performance.
