RAMS Engineer (Operational Safety/System Safety)

RAMS Tech is expanding and is looking for a RAMS Engineer (Operational Safety/System Safety) who is drawn to a creative environment and has the drive to continue moving the company toward new goals. We now need to strengthen our team with consultants, primarily serving our customers in the railway and energy sectors. RAMS Tech offers you creative work where you will be part of a team of competent and engaged professionals who specialize in providing qualified services. We are looking for someone with a technical interest, academic education at the level of a civil engineer, and preferably with professional experience in RAMS. Experience from the railway or energy sector is of course also a plus. You have a pronounced analytical and systematic ability while being results-oriented. Since assignments are carried out in close collaboration with our customers, it is necessary that you are a team player and have the ability to build good relationships. The assignments require that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. We require that you can express yourself in both English and Swedish, both in writing and verbally. About the Role The company's assignments can be of different types, ranging from shorter engagements such as performing individual analyses to longer assignments with complete responsibility for operational safety/system safety within larger projects. Useful methodologies can include risk analyses, fault tree analyses, lifecycle cost analyses, maintenance analyses, and requirements management. Documentation covering planning, execution, and final reporting is often part of the assignments. As a consultant, you will lead and execute the assignment in close cooperation with the customer and with resources within the company.
