Fixed-term employment position - covering maternity / parental leave for a state employee. We require: • minimum university education completed through a bachelor's degree program • proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • work dedication, reliability, independence, responsibility • general legal knowledge and familiarity with administrative procedures (advantageous). The position involves the following activities: • Assessment and decision-making on applications for registration or removal of property rights in the Land Register, including communication with parties to the proceedings and relevant state authorities, such as courts, tax offices, building authorities, etc. • Verification of correct administrative fee amounts for applications to initiate property rights registration proceedings. • Verification of substantive accuracy in updating and effectuation of future property rights entries in the Land Register. • Assessment of documents and verification of substantive accuracy in updating and effectuation of future entries of other types in the Land Register. • Performance of other similar activities as directed by superiors.
