Requirements: • Minimum university education obtained through a bachelor's degree program • Knowledge of PC work (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Work commitment, reliability, independence, responsibility The position primarily involves the following activities: • Reviewing and deciding on applications for permission to register or cancel property rights in the real estate cadastre, including communication with participants in proceedings, owners, other authorized parties, and other administrative authorities. • Checking the correctness of administrative fee amounts for submitting an application to initiate proceedings for registration permission. • Checking the substantive accuracy of updating and reflecting the future status of property rights registration in the real estate cadastre. • Reviewing documents and checking the substantive accuracy of updating and reflecting the future status of other types of cadastre registrations. • Cooperation in removing incomplete or improperly structured registrations in the real estate cadastre information system database.
