The role primarily involves assisting with recruitment of personnel for the construction industry, as well as the industrial sector when needed. The job will include posting job listings, interviewing candidates, contacting clients, scheduling meetings between clients and consultants, handling employment documentation, working in CRM systems, and much more. Your social personality is very important, and you should be able to work independently. Picking up the phone and speaking with people is your strength, as is having structure in your administrative abilities.
