Our products rinse wounds, cleanse noses, and make everyday life a little better for people around the world. Your job will be to ensure that quality is maintained throughout, and to lead the team that makes it possible. Does that sound like you? Apply for the position today—we review applications on an ongoing basis!
About the Position
You will be the manager of our QA team—three skilled and unpretentious colleagues—and owner of the quality management system that the entire Aurena organization works within. You will work closely with colleagues in RA, QC, and Lab in an organization where the path from idea to decision is short.
With us, you will:
- Lead and develop the QA team and quality mindset throughout the organization.
- Own and further develop our quality management system with the goal of making it easy to do the right thing.
- Be our external face during audits and ensure that what we promise is actually delivered.
- Drive improvement work through internal audits, CAPA, and trend monitoring.
- Help shape the next chapter. We are implementing a new digital system landscape and expanding the management system to also include environment, sustainability, and occupational health.
About You
You have several years of experience with quality assurance in regulated operations and understand how a quality management system works at its best: clear, living, and helpful in daily work. You have been responsible for external audits without losing sleep over them. You have led people, formally or informally, and want to do more of it.
As a person, you are unpretentious and clear. You make decisions and stand by them, while also listening and adjusting if someone shows a better way. Quality is not managed from an office, so you are visible in operations and make things happen all the way to the goal. Fluent Swedish and English are required.
About Aurena Laboratories
Aurena Laboratories is a Swedish, privately-owned, and growing medical technology company with approximately 100 employees in Karlstad. We develop and manufacture spray products in bag-on-valve format that international pharmaceutical and medical technology companies sell under their own brands. The USA is our largest market. The founders best describe the culture: helpful, unpretentious, forward-looking, and filled with joy. These are not empty words. Our four values are practiced throughout the company, and as a leader, you will have both a leadership framework and a leadership forum to grow in.
