About the Operations Do you want to make a difference for patients struggling with mental health issues? We are now seeking a psychotherapist with level 1 and level 2 training for our open outpatient psychiatry clinic in Avesta. With us, you'll work in a dedicated multidisciplinary team where the patient's needs are at the center. The work includes both individual treatment interventions and collaboration with other professionals at the clinic. Your responsibilities include: • Psychological assessments and treatment planning • Delivery of psychotherapeutic treatments • Collaboration with physicians, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers • Documentation according to current guidelines • Participation in team conferences and development work Qualifications We are looking for you who: • Level 1 and level 2 are required for this position • Have good interpersonal skills and high empathetic ability • Are responsible and independent • Easily adapt to changing environments • Have excellent collaboration skills • Contribute to a positive work environment • Are interested in development and improvement work Psychotherapist Level 1 • Basic education in, for example, psychology, social work, nursing, or other relevant higher education • Level 1 training in psychotherapy • Experience working in psychiatry is a merit Licensed Psychotherapist Level 2 • License as a psychotherapist • Experience with psychotherapeutic work, preferably within specialist psychiatry • Experience with evidence-based treatment methods is a merit Application If you have protected personal information, you should not apply through the system; instead, contact the recruiting manager directly.
