You work both independently and together with your psychology colleagues and other professionals in the organization.
Outpatient psychiatry offers, in addition to specialized assessment and evaluation services, a wide range of treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, PTSD treatment, internet-based CBT, ACT, and DBT. We also have various psychoeducational patient and family groups such as mood school, bipolar school, and ADHD school.

About you
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. You are curious and flexible in your work approach and can contribute with ideas and drive to develop our organization.
Since we value teamwork, it is important that you have very good collaboration skills. You are skilled at listening and communicating and thus contribute to a good work environment.
It is important that you are confident in yourself and have the ability to work independently with the support of the team.
You need to be positively inclined to actively collaborate with other nearby actors, such as social services or other complementary care services at the primary care level, when needed.
It is a merit if you have previous work experience in general psychiatric work.
Your future workplace
Adult Psychiatry North consists of outpatient clinics in Vimmerby and Västervik as well as psychiatric inpatient care including forensic psychiatry in Västervik.

At the Vimmerby location, we currently offer all the services and treatment modalities described above in the psychiatry administration section, except for DBT, which is provided in collaboration with outpatient care in Västervik.
