In the local care area of Skellefteå, the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Operating Activities, and primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö are included. Together, these aim to provide good and accessible care. Skellefteå primary care, southern area, encompasses Anderstorp, Bureå, Burträsk, and Lövånger health centers. Anderstorp Health Center is located on the south side of the Skellefteå River and serves approximately 13,400 residents. The operations are part of a patient choice program. We place great emphasis on teamwork and take responsibility for our patients while building a culture with strong confidence in each other's expertise. We are close to the riverfront promenade, and on warm summer days, a dip in the river might be appealing. Anderstorp Health Center is now seeking a licensed psychologist. We offer you the opportunity to work at a well-functioning health center where we currently have over 50 employees with broad expertise in many areas. We have an established psychosocial team consisting of a specialist psychiatric nurse, health and medical care counselor, and psychologist. We place great focus on working with mental health and lifestyle habits and have effective collaboration both within the psychosocial team and with the rest of the health center. We strive for team spirit regardless of role or profession. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a psychologist with us, you work with evidence-based practice where the individual and process are in focus. This means we use multiple theoretical foundations and many different tools. Our ongoing development work rests on three pillars: • increasing individual competence/effectiveness (we want to become better and accomplish more but not compromise on quality or health) • jointly building a professional platform to work from (we want to be able to do and think differently but understand and trust each other anyway) • adapting our contribution to the psychosocial team so that we strengthen the team and meet patients in the best way based on given conditions (adapt to circumstances but also create long-term development) Psychologists, with or without licensure, in Skellefteå primary care meet in a digital morning meeting every other week. There we support, advise, and encourage each other. Four times per term, the same group has external supervision digitally. The supervision focuses on patient cases and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist. It is an advantage if you have experience with assessment and treatment work in primary care. It is also an advantage if you have worked with children. We are looking for a person who is secure, stable, and has a professional approach. You enjoy working in a team and see the value of everyone in teamwork. The role requires good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Employment form: Permanent employment.
